I then went to my five largest clients and negotiated with them a special group purchase rate for the x-ray equipment and financed it through one of my banking partners. As a result, it improved the quality of x-rays, the efficacy of diagnosis, the efficiency of the practice, and ultimately the practice profitability. The x-ray paid for itself from the first day.
